Program Description:
The Customer Service Representative is a 220-clock hour program designed to teach provide strategies and tactics for managing customer’s service expectations and experiences. The student will be able to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. The student will learn how to create a positive customer service climate that harnesses the natural talents of service professionals. This course also offers unique and useful guidance on the hiring, training, supporting, retention, and empowerment of service professionals. The student will also learn all the basic application in the computer world to enhance their professional skills.
Upon graduation students will receive a certificate of completion.
Graduates from this program may find entry-level employment as: Customer Service Representative, Client Services Representative, Customer Service Specialist, Member Services Representative, Account Manager, Hub Associate, Account Service Representative, Call Center Representative, Claims Adjuster, Claims Service Representative within any enterprise that interacts with customers.
Examples of work settings where they might expect to find jobs are: retail operations, call centers, hospitals, banks, corporate settings, government agencies, utility companies.

Program Length: The Customer Service Representative program takes approximately three months to complete.
Admission Requirements: Individuals applying for this course are required to:
Multiple opportunities are allowed for retaking the same entrance test. Students must wait a minimum of five calendar days prior to retaking the test. Students will be allowed to take a second entrance test on the same day if agreeing to take a substantially different test.
