The mission of Job Ready Training is to train participants for employment through short-term vocational and educational programs which allow students to expand their personal and professional knowledge in order to meet employers’ needs.

Each officer, director, staff member, and educator understands that it is through adherence to the following principles that we achieve that ideal:

Purpose

The purpose of the school is to build a bridge between students and employers through quality education, ethical training and personal development. These enable our students to live and work responsibly in a complex, changing society.

• To recruit professional faculty who are knowledgeable and up to date within their respective fields in order to provide the best training for our students.
• To enhance professional development and training for faculty and staff.
• To continuously modify our curriculum to address the changing needs of our community.

• To develop consistent and long-term relationships with employers and the local business community in order to ensure a strong placement program and employment opportunities for our graduates.
